Costs and Insurance
Ultrasound By Design operates on a direct payment basis. We do not bill insurance companies directly, but we can provide you with receipts and CPT codes for potential reimbursement requests to your insurance provider. Here’s a breakdown of our service costs:

(Gynecological) Transvaginal Ultrasound: $200
Early Obstetrics Ultrasound: $200

Please have your home clinic fax orders, including your appointment date(s), desired ultrasound type, and diagnosis code, to the attention of “Outside Monitoring” at 1-(330) 662-8030. Standing orders from your home clinic are also acceptable.

We understand your busy schedule. That’s why we offer flexible appointment times, starting as early as 7:00 AM and available from Monday to Sunday. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.
